Hosting in Germany, data processing agreements with every service provider we use, no tracking by default, and no data in US clouds without a sound legal basis. Architecture and stack are checked against the GDPR first, then against price and convenience — not the other way around.
The domain is registered in your name, with a provider of your choice. Code and content belong to you — permanently, once paid in full. While we look after your website in Germany, we maintain a single source of truth so nothing drifts apart; you can request an up-to-date copy at any time. If you move on, we hand over the domain, data and access in full.
What you get runs fast and is secured to current standards — and can be handed over later, including to someone else. Nothing depends on a proprietary tool that only we can operate.
You have a fixed contact person — with a name, an email address and a direct number. No account funnel, no ticket queue. Whoever answers you is also the person working on your project.

Nexym is based in Arnsberg in the Sauerland region. The actual work – building websites and AI automation – is location-independent, so we work with clients outside the region just as readily as with the ones down the road. Distance only comes into play when you'd like to meet in person: within roughly 30 km of Arnsberg there's no travel charge, and beyond that we add a travel fee that we agree with you in advance.
Most coordination runs asynchronously via email or short calls. That keeps response times faster than a classic agency. In-person meetings are possible and useful — especially for kickoffs or larger projects.
