Fixed price means fixed price. After the briefing you get a written fixed-price commitment with a clear scope. If you want extra features mid-project, there's a clear add-on quote — never a surprise invoice at the end.

Nexym currently runs as a small business under German § 19 UStG — so no VAT is charged. For you that means the stated price is the final price, no extra 19% on top.

We use modern tools, and AI is one of them. The difference is who's in charge: vibe coding means taking whatever the AI produces unchecked — it often looks fine but falls apart at the first change and quietly ships security holes nobody noticed. For us, AI is the faster tool; responsibility for every line we ship stays with us. By day we build company networks securely and control how data flows through them — what needs locking down and who gets access to what. We bring that same lens to every website, especially around data protection. That's why we give a twelve-month warranty on the result, offer maintenance, and host GDPR-compliant in Germany: we're still here after launch.

Every web package includes 30 days of post-launch fixes — bugs related to the delivery are fixed at no charge. For ongoing maintenance there are the retainer packages R0 to R2 (cancellable monthly after a 3-month minimum term) plus R3 as an enterprise retainer on request. You're not obliged to take a retainer.

Yes, after an upfront audit. Then it's clear: whether takeover under a retainer (R0, R0+, R1 or R2) makes sense, or whether a re-launch via W1 is the better call — W1 covers both new presences and re-launches, existing content is kept where it makes sense, including 301 redirects. We'll tell you what we think — even if the answer is: leave it as it is.

Rule of thumb: You want one focused page for a single service, a first presence, or a re-launch of an outdated existing site → W1 (€1,190). You have several service areas, a team, and need a multi-page structure with a blog → W2 (€2,890). We handle the ongoing upkeep through our care plans. W1 as a re-launch keeps usable existing content and sets up 301 redirects — you don't start from zero. We'll decide that honestly with you in the first call: the package that fits your project — not the one we earn more on.

D1 (Digital Check, €390) is right when you know you need to do something digital but aren't sure what comes first — a first web presence, a re-launch, or IT cleanup. 90-minute call plus a 2-page report with 3 prioritised recommendations.

D2 (AI Potential Workshop, €490) is right when you sense that routine tasks cost too much time and you want to know which three business processes are actually worth automating. 2-hour call plus a 3–4-page analysis with ROI estimate.

Both workshops are fully credited toward the follow-up project — D1 against any W project, D2 against any A project. Effectively no cost if you're going to keep working with us anyway.

Realistic timeline from enquiry to live: W1 ≈ 3 weeks, W2 ≈ 4–5 weeks, W3 individual. Condition: you deliver text and images in week one. If you don't have your own photos, we'll source suitable stock photos and buy them for you — the licence costs are then added to the invoice. If you'd rather start entirely without photos, that works too.

Projects usually start within 2 to 4 weeks of the order. We deliberately work on a maximum of two web projects at a time — it keeps quality high and means your project isn't sitting behind ten others. If you're in a hurry, say so in the first call; we can often make something work.
